📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement SOPs to ensure consistent service quality and operational efficiency
• Monitor and analyze daily operations to identify areas for improvement
• Coordinate with the kitchen and bar teams to optimize workflow and reduce wait times
• Train and mentor staff on operational procedures and best practices
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, sales, and customer feedback
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote special events and promotions
• Provide exceptional customer service to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in F&B operations, preferably in a coffee shop or restaurant setting
• Proficient in using operational software such as QuickBooks, Salesforce, or similar
• Strong knowledge of inventory management and supply chain processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Certification in Food Safety and Health (e.g., ServSafe) is a plus
