CNC Machining Engineer - Engineering Staff

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Operate and maintain advanced CNC machines, including but not limited to lathes, milling machines, and grinding machines.
• Create and modify technical drawings and CAD models using industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or CATIA.
• Inspect and test machined parts to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
• Collaborate with the design and production teams to optimize machining processes and reduce production time.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to CNC machines and machining processes.
• Conduct regular maintenance and calibration of CNC machines to ensure their optimal performance.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization projects.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations, and ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in CNC machining, with a strong understanding of machining principles and processes.
• Certification in CNC programming and operation, such as CNC Operator Certification or similar.
• Proficiency in using CAD/CAM software, including AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or CATIA.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with quality control and inspection processes.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet tight deadlines.
