📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the management and supervision of departmental operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Coordinate with team members to achieve departmental goals and objectives.,Develop and implement strategies to improve departmental performance and productivity.,Monitor and evaluate departmental performance, providing regular reports to the Department Head.,Manage departmental budgets and resources, ensuring efficient use and allocation.,Foster a positive and productive work environment, promoting teamwork and collaboration.,Represent the company at internal and external meetings and events as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using office software and tools.,Understanding of business operations and strategies.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in both written and spoken English and Indonesian.
