📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring high standards of food and service quality.,Manage staff schedules, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to maintain efficient operations.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.,Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Participate in staff meetings and contribute to team discussions to improve service and operations.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food handling standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role.,Proven track record of managing staff and ensuring high service standards.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with inventory management and food cost control.,Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Knowledge of local regulations and industry best practices.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
