📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the distribution process to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.,Oversee inventory management and stock control to prevent shortages and excess stock.,Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, distributors, and customers to ensure smooth operations.,Monitor and analyze distribution performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Provide regular reports and updates on distribution activities to senior management.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues related to product distribution.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a distribution or logistics role.,Strong knowledge of logistics software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian laws and regulations related to logistics and distribution.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Ability to travel for business purposes as required.
