Rejeki Nanda Cafe & Coffee is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Cashier to join our team in Jakarta. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for handling customer transactions, ensuring a smooth and efficient checkout process, and providing excellent customer service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Ensure all transactions are recorded correctly in the cash register and POS system.
  • Handle cash and card payments, providing change as needed.
  • Provide excellent customer service, greeting customers and addressing their needs.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the cash register and payment terminals.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
  • Assist with inventory management and restocking as needed.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures related to cash handling and customer service.

    Kualifikasi:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a cashier or customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with cash register and POS systems.
  • Basic knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus.
  • Ability to work both in-office and remotely (hybrid role).
