Lead a team of data analysts, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful completion of projects.,Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can drive business decisions.,Develop and maintain data models, algorithms, and dashboards to visualize data and communicate insights to stakeholders.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions.,Ensure the accuracy and reliability of data by implementing data quality controls and monitoring processes.,Stay up-to-date with the latest data analysis tools, techniques, and industry trends.,Mentor and train junior data analysts to develop their skills and knowledge.,Present data findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.,Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.,Strong knowledge of data analysis tools and technologies, including SQL, Python, R, Tableau, or Power BI.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with large and complex datasets.,Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear and actionable insights.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-driven attitude.,Familiarity with data governance and data security best practices.,Certifications in data analysis or related fields are a plus.
