As a Lead GA Staff, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our property, ensuring that all aspects of the guest experience are met with excellence. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the property, including housekeeping, maintenance, and guest services.,Ensure that all staff are trained, motivated, and working efficiently to meet guest expectations.,Coordinate with department heads to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues that may arise.,Maintain a high level of cleanliness and order throughout the property.,Monitor and control budgets for the GA department, ensuring efficient use of resources.,Implement and maintain safety protocols and procedures for all staff.,Ensure compliance with all local regulations and company policies.,Provide excellent customer service to guests and staff alike.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry.,Proven leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and train staff.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with hotel management software and systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
