📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of assigned stores, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.,Manage and develop a team of store associates, providing training and support to enhance performance.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets.,Ensure the store is well-stocked and organized, maintaining high levels of product availability.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.,Conduct regular store audits to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote sales and special events.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales, inventory, and customer transactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, with a proven track record of success.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using retail management software and POS systems.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with sales and marketing strategies.
