Key Responsibilities:

• Acquire and recruit qualified drivers through direct engagement and marketing efforts.
• Guide drivers through the app activation process, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
• Use the ACI app to manage driver recruitment, track onboarding progress, and provide real-time support.
• Build and maintain relationships with drivers, fostering trust and loyalty.
• Provide clear and concise information about the benefits of our logistics platform.
• Monitor and report on recruitment metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
