📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct seed inspections to ensure compliance with national and international standards.
• Use advanced tools such as the Seed Testing Laboratory and Seed Quality Analyzer to assess seed quality and purity.
• Collaborate with local farmers to provide guidance on seed selection and storage practices.
• Prepare and submit detailed inspection reports to government agencies and agricultural experts.
• Promote the use of high-quality seeds through workshops and training sessions.
• Monitor and maintain the Seed Testing Laboratory and Seed Quality Analyzer equipment.
• Participate in regional and national agricultural conferences and seminars.
• Assist in the development and implementation of seed quality improvement programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Plant Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in seed inspection and quality control.
• Certification in Seed Testing or Seed Quality Analysis is a plus.
• Familiarity with national and international seed standards and regulations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with local farmers and government agencies.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using the Seed Testing Laboratory and Seed Quality Analyzer.
• Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
