📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Source and attract qualified candidates for various job openings through various channels such as job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Screen and evaluate resumes to identify the most suitable candidates for the job positions.,Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide feedback on candidates.,Assist in the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities.,Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a seamless recruitment process.,Stay updated with the latest recruitment trends and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant recruitment software.,Familiarity with local labor laws and regulations.,Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers.
