📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct job analysis and create job descriptions and specifications.,Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events.,Screen and evaluate resumes and applications to identify potential candidates.,Schedule and conduct interviews with candidates to assess their fit for the role.,Coordinate with hiring managers to gather feedback and make hiring decisions.,Maintain a database of candidates and track the recruitment process.,Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and company policies.,Provide reports and updates on recruitment activities and progress.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
