📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise a team of outlet staff to ensure smooth daily operations.,Ensure customer satisfaction and handle customer complaints effectively.,Monitor and achieve sales targets and outlet performance metrics.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records.,Train and develop new staff to ensure high standards of service.,Manage and control outlet expenses to ensure profitability.,Promote and participate in marketing and promotional activities.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role in the retail industry.,Proven track record of managing a team and achieving sales targets.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Good knowledge of retail operations and customer service.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
