📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and follow-ups.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for product development.,Prepare and present sales reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and insights.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales activities.,Provide training and mentorship to junior sales representatives to enhance team performance.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve sales performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.,Strong understanding of sales techniques, negotiation skills, and CRM software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English, both written and spoken.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with sales tools and technologies, such as Salesforce or HubSpot.,Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for business purposes.
