📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Supervising and coordinating the activities of the after-sales service team to ensure high standards of service delivery.,Monitoring customer satisfaction and addressing any issues or complaints promptly and professionally.,Ensuring that all after-sales services are performed in accordance with company policies and procedures.,Providing technical guidance and support to the after-sales service team.,Conducting regular team meetings to discuss performance, provide feedback, and plan activities.,Maintaining accurate records of all after-sales services and customer interactions.,Ensuring that all after-sales services are completed within the agreed timeframes and budgets.,Promoting a positive and productive work environment within the after-sales service team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role in the after-sales service industry.,Strong knowledge of technical and repair procedures for electric appliances.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proven track record of achieving high levels of customer satisfaction.,Familiarity with the Gree brand and its products is a plus.,Ability to speak and understand Indonesian fluently.
