📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct job analysis and develop job descriptions to attract the right candidates.,Source and screen candidates using various recruitment channels such as job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure a smooth recruitment process.,Schedule and conduct interviews, including phone screens, in-person interviews, and assessments.,Evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit to make informed hiring decisions.,Maintain a strong candidate database and track recruitment metrics to improve the hiring process.,Collaborate with the HR team to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.,Provide feedback to candidates and follow up to keep them engaged in the process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HRIS and ATS (Applicant Tracking System) tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
