📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and optimize production processes to ensure efficient and effective biofuel manufacturing.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve production issues.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve production efficiency.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Utilize SAP ERP and MES to track production data and generate reports.
• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of raw materials.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production performance.
• Train and mentor junior staff to develop their skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in production management or a similar role.
• Proven track record of managing production processes in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of SAP ERP and MES systems.
• Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
