📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage outbound calls to prospects and customers to promote our products and services.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and sales data.,Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective communication and negotiation skills.,Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns.,Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments to inform sales strategies.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of sales plans and strategies.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum 1 year of experience in telemarketing or sales roles.,Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Indonesian.,Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.,Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,High energy, enthusiasm, and a proactive attitude.,Valid SIM and KTP.
