📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Tanggung Jawab:
Assist the main teacher in delivering lessons and providing instruction to students.Help with lesson planning and preparation.Monitor student progress and provide feedback.Assist with the administration of the classroom, including managing student behavior and maintaining a safe and orderly learning environment.Support the main teacher in assessing and evaluating student performance.Assist with the organization and maintenance of classroom materials and resources.Participate in staff meetings and professional development activities.Perform other duties as assigned by the main teacher or the school administration.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.Previous teaching experience, preferably in a similar educational setting.Strong knowledge of the Indonesian education system and curriculum.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with colleagues.Strong organizational and time management skills.Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.Commitment to providing a high-quality education and supporting the mission and values of Rejeki Jaya Cafe & Coffee.🛠️ Keahlian
