The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management and a passion for automotive spare parts. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the outlet, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.,Manage and train a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.,Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper stock levels to meet customer demand.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote products and increase sales.,Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local regulations.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and support.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the automotive spare parts industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving sales performance.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with hybrid work models and remote collaboration tools.
