Cloud Spot Indonesia is looking for a dedicated Inventory Staff to join our team in Singkawang, Kalimantan Barat. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our inventory system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records, and supporting the smooth operation of our warehouse. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintaining and updating inventory records accurately and efficiently.,Conducting regular stock counts and reconciliations to ensure accuracy.,Assisting in the receipt and distribution of inventory items.,Monitoring inventory levels and generating reports as needed.,Collaborating with the procurement team to support ordering and receiving processes.,Ensuring compliance with inventory policies and procedures.,Providing support to the warehouse team during peak periods.,Assisting in the implementation of new inventory management systems or software.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience in inventory management or a related field.,Strong organizational and attention to detail skills.,Familiarity with inventory management software is a plus.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.,Willingness to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.,Valid ID and the ability to work in Singkawang, Kalimantan Barat.
