Salon Nanda Electronics is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our electronics store. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management and a passion for electronics. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth running of our store and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the store, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service.,Ensure that all products are displayed and merchandised according to company standards.,Manage the store's budget and ensure that all financial transactions are accurate and up-to-date.,Coordinate with suppliers to ensure that inventory levels are maintained and restocking is timely.,Train and develop store staff to ensure they are knowledgeable about products and customer service.,Monitor store performance metrics and make recommendations for improvement.,Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a retail or electronics store environment.,Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.,Familiarity with electronic products and technologies is a plus.,Must be able to lift and move heavy objects up to 50 pounds.
