Consult with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable luxury vehicles.Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective sales strategies and techniques.Maintain and update customer records and sales data.Provide exceptional customer service and build long-lasting relationships with clients.Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the luxury automotive industry.Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and marketing events.Assist in the organization and execution of sales promotions and special events.Contribute to the overall success of the dealership by promoting a positive and professional work environment.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Minimum 2 years of experience in luxury automotive sales, preferably with brands like Jaguar Land Rover, Polestar, Volvo, or NIO.Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding performance expectations.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Strong knowledge of the luxury automotive market and industry trends.Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.Valid driver's license and clean driving record.Enthusiasm for luxury vehicles and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.🛠️ Keahlian
