PT Pemindo Mitra Sinergi is looking for a talented Procurement & Purchasing professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the procurement and purchasing of IT products for our company. You will work closely with our internal teams to ensure that we have the necessary IT products to support our business operations. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about IT and has a strong background in procurement and purchasing.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the procurement and purchasing of IT products for the company.,Work closely with internal teams to understand their IT product needs and ensure that we have the necessary products to support their operations.,Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure that we are getting the best possible prices and terms for our IT products.,Monitor and analyze procurement and purchasing data to identify areas for improvement and cost savings.,Ensure that all procurement and purchasing activities are in compliance with company policies and procedures.,Coordinate with the finance team to ensure that all procurement and purchasing activities are properly accounted for and recorded.,Attend and participate in supplier meetings and events as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement and purchasing, preferably in the IT industry.,Strong knowledge of procurement and purchasing processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant procurement and purchasing software.,Familiarity with IT products and technologies is a plus.,Ability to work well in a team and independently as needed.
