Crown Mart Sejahtera is seeking a dedicated Banquet Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for organizing and executing banquet events, ensuring they run smoothly and meet the expectations of our clients. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to the success of our events.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in planning and organizing banquet events, including coordinating with vendors and suppliers.,Ensure the banquet venue is set up according to the event requirements and client specifications.,Greet and assist guests upon arrival, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere.,Oversee the service and presentation of food and beverages during the event.,Coordinate with the kitchen and catering staff to ensure timely and accurate food service.,Maintain a clean and organized banquet area throughout the event.,Handle any guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.,Assist in the cleanup and breakdown of the banquet venue after the event.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in event planning, hospitality, or a related field is preferred.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong organizational and multitasking skills.,Familiarity with basic event management software and tools is a plus.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.,Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
