📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.,Manage staff schedules, including hiring, training, and performance reviews.,Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and customer service.,Control inventory levels and ensure timely procurement of supplies.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of restaurant policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management.,Proven track record of successfully managing restaurant operations.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Knowledge of inventory management and procurement.,Understanding of health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Familiarity with POS systems and other restaurant management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
