📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Promote and sell products and services to customers.,Maintain and expand the customer base.,Provide excellent customer service.,Achieve sales targets and KPIs.,Participate in training and development programs.,Assist in the organization of sales events and promotions.,Monitor market trends and competition.,Report on sales performance and customer feedback.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in retail sales or a related field.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Good knowledge of Indonesian market and customer behavior.,Familiarity with sales software and tools.,Proactive and results-driven attitude.,Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
