PT Pertiwi Dinamika is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Banquet Staff to join our team in Jimbaran, Bali. As a Senior Banquet Staff, you will be responsible for ensuring that all banquet events run smoothly and meet the high standards expected by our clients. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Plan and organize banquet events, including coordinating with vendors and staff.,Ensure that all events are executed according to the agreed-upon plan and client requirements.,Maintain excellent customer service and communication skills to ensure client satisfaction.,Oversee the setup and breakdown of banquet facilities and equipment.,Monitor event budgets and ensure that all expenses are within the agreed-upon limits.,Train and mentor junior banquet staff to ensure high standards of service.,Assist in the development and implementation of event marketing strategies.,Handle any last-minute changes or issues that may arise during an event.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in banquet or event coordination.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using event planning software and other relevant tools.,Knowledge of local regulations and requirements for event planning.,Familiarity with basic food and beverage service standards.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Event Management, or a related field.
