📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct business analysis to identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation in financial services.,Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.,Develop and maintain business process models, including flowcharts, diagrams, and documentation.,Lead the development of business cases and proposals to support strategic initiatives.,Monitor and report on the performance of business processes and systems.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement.,Mentor and coach junior business analysts to develop their skills and knowledge.,Work closely with IT teams to ensure alignment between business requirements and technical solutions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.,5-7 years of experience in business analysis, with a focus on financial services or technology.,Strong understanding of financial technology and its applications in the banking industry.,Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies, such as BPMN, UML, and Agile.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and tactically.,Fluency in English, both written and spoken.,Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
