Lead the design process from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality visuals and branding consistency.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions.,Create and maintain design guidelines, style guides, and brand identities for various projects.,Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to maintain a competitive edge.,Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity and continuous learning.,Present design concepts to clients and stakeholders, ensuring alignment with project goals.,Optimize designs for various platforms and devices, ensuring seamless user experiences.,Conduct regular design reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve design quality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
