📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain IBM's knowledge management systems, ensuring high availability and performance.,Develop and implement strategies to improve knowledge sharing and collaboration across the organization.,Monitor system performance and proactively address any issues or bottlenecks.,Train and mentor junior administrators and end-users on the use of knowledge management systems.,Collaborate with IT and business teams to identify and implement new features and enhancements.,Ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations.,Conduct regular audits and reviews of knowledge systems to identify areas for improvement.,Provide leadership and guidance to the knowledge management team in Bali.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in knowledge management systems administration.,Strong understanding of IBM's knowledge management tools and technologies.,Proven track record of managing and optimizing knowledge systems in a remote environment.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools.
