📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide legal advice and guidance to the mining division on all aspects of mining law and regulations.,Review and draft mining contracts, permits, and other legal documents.,Represent the company in legal proceedings and negotiations related to mining operations.,Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations governing mining activities.,Conduct due diligence on mining projects and acquisitions.,Monitor and advise on changes in mining laws and regulations.,Develop and implement legal strategies to mitigate risks associated with mining operations.,Provide training and support to junior legal staff on mining law matters.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in mining law or a related field.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian mining laws and regulations.,Excellent legal research and writing skills.,Proven experience in providing legal advice to the mining sector.,Strong interpersonal and communication skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
