📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Lead the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our SaaS products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that meet customer needs.
  • Conduct market research and analyze customer feedback to inform product decisions.
  • Define and track product metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Work closely with the engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure seamless product delivery.
  • Represent SupportNinja at industry events and conferences.
  • Mentor and develop junior product managers within the team.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in the SaaS industry.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in the SaaS industry.
  • Strong understanding of product development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful products and achieving business goals.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience working remotely and collaborating with distributed teams.
  • Knowledge of customer support and SaaS products is a plus.
