📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the maintenance and operation of company facilities and equipment.,Conduct regular inspections and assessments to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.,Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.,Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs, upgrades, and installations.,Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly and effectively.,Monitor energy consumption and implement measures to improve efficiency and reduce costs.,Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and staff.,Ensure all work is completed in accordance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technical Field, or related discipline.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in site engineering and maintenance.,Proven track record of successfully managing and maintaining facilities and equipment.,Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures, safety regulations, and best practices.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
