📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct ERP implementation projects, including requirements gathering, system configuration, and user training.
• Provide functional support to end-users, ensuring they can effectively use ERP systems to support business processes.
• Customize ERP solutions to meet the specific needs of clients across various industries.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for ERP systems and processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of ERP solutions with other business systems.
• Stay updated with the latest ERP trends and best practices to continuously improve our solutions.
• Train and mentor end-users to ensure successful adoption and utilization of ERP systems.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in ERP implementation and functional consulting.
• Certification in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
