📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers with their laundry needs.
• Maintain a clean and organized laundry outlet, ensuring all equipment is in working order.
• Process and manage customer orders efficiently, from pick-up to delivery.
• Handle customer complaints and concerns professionally, ensuring their satisfaction.
• Stock and manage laundry supplies, including detergents, soaps, and cleaning materials.
• Assist in the daily operations of the laundry outlet, including opening and closing procedures.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure high standards of cleanliness and organization.
• Promote our services and products to new and existing customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.
• Familiarity with laundry equipment and processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Ability to lift and move laundry items weighing up to 20 kg.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
