📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of multiple supermarket locations in Pondokgede, Jawa Barat.
• Manage a team of store managers, providing guidance and support to ensure operational excellence.

• Implement and manage inventory control systems to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, with a proven track record in driving operational excellence.
• Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with staff, vendors, and customers.
• Proficient in using retail management software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
