As an Inventory Executive at Atom Electronics (M) Sdn Bhd, you'll be responsible for managing inventory levels, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring that stock is accurately recorded and reported. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain accurate inventory records using SAP or similar inventory management systems.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely receipt and processing of inventory.
• Perform regular stock counts and reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
• Monitor inventory levels and place reorder points to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
• Assist in the implementation of inventory control procedures and standards.
• Prepare and analyze inventory reports to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with the procurement team to optimize inventory turnover and reduce carrying costs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to inventory management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory management or a related role.
• Proficient in using inventory management software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with retail or electronics industry is a plus.
• Must be fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
