📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions with children and adolescents, using evidence-based approaches and techniques.
• Perform psychological assessments and evaluations to inform treatment plans and interventions.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement comprehensive care plans for young patients.
• Provide crisis intervention and support to children and adolescents in distress.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working with children and adolescents in a mental health setting.
• Certification as a Child & Adolescent Therapist or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of evidence-based practices and therapies for child and adolescent mental health.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) and other relevant software.
