As an Operational Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our venue operations, including front-of-house, back-of-house, and housekeeping. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily venue operations, including front-of-house, back-of-house, and housekeeping.
• Manage a team of 15-20 employees, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as industry standards.
• Implement and monitor operational procedures to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Lead the development and execution of the venue's F&B menu, ensuring high-quality ingredients and exceptional service.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to maintain optimal operations.
• Collaborate with the management team to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure that all venues meet the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and comfort.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the hospitality or F&B industry.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Strong operational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using operational management software such as QSR, POS, or similar.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations, as well as industry standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
