As an HR & Admin Executive, you will be responsible for recruitment, employee relations, and administrative support. You will work closely with the management team to ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies. Your days will be filled with a mix of HR tasks like onboarding, performance reviews, and employee development, and administrative duties such as managing schedules, handling correspondence, and maintaining office records.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
• Handle employee relations, including resolving conflicts and addressing grievances.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.
• Assist in the development of HR policies and procedures.
• Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling, correspondence, and office supplies.
• Maintain and update employee records using HRIS software.
• Support the finance team with invoicing, expense reports, and other financial documents.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR and administrative roles.
• Familiarity with HRIS software such as BambooHR or Workday.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
