📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in planning and coordinating offline events, including workshops, seminars, and product launches
• Support event logistics, including venue selection, vendor coordination, and budget management
• Help with event execution, including on-site management, attendee engagement, and post-event follow-ups
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless event delivery
• Assist in creating and managing event marketing materials, including promotional content and social media campaigns
• Provide administrative support to the event team, including document management and reporting
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in event management
• Contribute to the development of event strategies and initiatives

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of event planning software (e.g., Eventbrite, Cvent)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passionate about the health and wellness industry
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English
